Ms. Cynthia Tan is a pioneer in people analytics in Asia. Three years ago she started an initiative at the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) in Singapore with the goal to make recruitment more evidence-based. Since statistical analysis provide the basis for it, the building of expertise within the HR department is an important first step.
