In a meeting between India and Russia which covered a wide area of topics, the two countries signed a deal over the cooperation for smart city projects. Further it includes an agreement over the use of Russia’s technology by India for smart city projects. The agreement is related to overall efforts by India to strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange concerning smart cities among the BRICS nations.
