Dubai is outperforming itself in building the talles skyscraper in the world. Construction of the Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour is under way which will exceed the so far tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, by 328 feet. The architect is Santiago Calatrava and it will cost $1 billion to construct.
