“Google Home” is Google’s answer to Amazon’s “Echo” which is leading the smart home market at the moment. The new smart home device for USD 130 has a number of different features, including far-field voice recognition, touch controls and it can syncronize with your Google account. It draws on a very advanced search intelligence and can inform you, for example, about real-time traffic for your commute. However privacy experts warn that “Google Home” always records and analyses the voices in its surroundings.
