The German start-up Sono Motors introduced its bidirectional charging system for the solar car Sion. The car’s battery can be charged and provide power at any time, due to the new system. Thus the car charges itself. It is a mobile charging station but the car is not only able to charge itself. The generated power can also be used for other devices of private use, for example for camping. The Sion is even able to replace a generator.
