The Paris Climate Agreement contains the overaching framework to tackle climate change. In Marrakesh the negotiations are about specific details of the agreement and how it is supposed to be implemented. Rules of financing, technology, capacity building and adaptation will be determined. It is a tricky task especially against the background that each government develops its own targets and actions in order to tackle the climate change. Transparency and greening the business sector will also be on the agenda of the Marrakesh summit.
