Diplomats at the Marrakech climate conference are working furiously to send a message to Trump that the world remains a place of pluralism and cooperation. Donald Trump is looking for a quick way to leave the climate deal. Much of Obama’s work on cutting carbon emissions is threatened to be reversed. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Moroccan government are working closely together to show that the process and the climate deal are bigger than one man or one country.
