Over 20 countries signed the framework agreement of the International Solar Alliance (ISA). The initiative will have an international body with its headquarter in India. ISA aims at aggregating demand, improve quality and reduce costs of solar energy in developing countries. The framework agreement will be kept open because many more countries are expected to join in the coming weeks.
