A new five-year study of the Arctic Council shows how the rapid melt-down of the arctic region is having unprecedented impacts worldwide. Due to the feedback loop, the melt-down can accelerate climate change and trigger rising sea levels and changes to eco-systems. The report is in line with a number of other studies that where recently published.
