Low-carbon healthy meals for schools in the UK

The WWF-UK and French catering provider Sodexo launched a new range of low-carbon healthy meals in schools across the UK. The “Lean & Green” range of sustainable meals contains 75 per cent vegetables, pulses and grains. It has been developed with the WWF Live Well sustainable diet principles together with Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow CSR plan.
