Microsoft will soon enable desktop app support for ARM chipsets and thereby bring the full version of Windows 10 on mobile devices. This means that applications and softwares that were previously restricted to PCs can then be run on smartphones. Other companies in the sector have tried to turn phones into computers before, but did not quite make it.
