Apple has entered a partnership with Goldwind, the world’s largest wind turbine maker. Apple bought a 30 percent stake in subsidiaries of Goldwind in China to run four projects that will produce 285 megawatts of power. The projects are in Henan, Shandong, Shanxi and Yunnan provinces. This part of Apple’s aim to improve and make the environmental impact of its supply chain greener and more sustainable.
