Microsoft, the Lagos State Electric Board and Schneider Electric are cooperating to improve sustainable energy supply for public institutions in Nigeria. Solar power will be installed for more than 200 schools and hospitals in Africa’s most populated country. IoT technology plays a crucial part in this project as it provides real-time data about the energy systems’ performance.
