General Motors delivered its first Chevrolet Bolt electric cars to three customers in Fremont, California where Tesla, the rival automaker, is located. GM is the first one to deliver an electric car than can run for more than 200 miles on a charge. The price of the car is below 40,000 USD. Tesla’s Model 3 will go into production in July next year. The GM Bolt is developed with the LG Chem, the South Korean battery maker.
