VW designed new battery-powered version of its Microbus

VW has designed a new revived, battery-powered version of its former hippie Microbus. The new version can drive around 430 kilometers without recharging and accomodates eight seats. It will be able to drive fully autonomous. A retractable steering wheel folds into the dashboard when the autopilot is activated.
