Tesla has just started to activate the feature to all cars equipped with the second generation Autopilot hardware. When Tesla first started its Autopilot features, the cameras in the Model S or X had to be calibrated and the features were enabled for a short time when first activating them. Now owners will have access to the first phase of Enhanced Autopilot. But the company advices owners to still be cautious because some cars will need adjustments.
