Self-driving buses in Paris

Two self-driving shuttle buses “EZ10” built by the French company EasyMile started to drive in Paris connecting Lyon and Austerlitz station. It is a distance of just over 1 km. It is a three-month trial that offers free rides seven days a week. Later this year the service will be expanded to other locations. 12 people can travel by the EZ10 bus at the same time. The buses use cameras, lasers and GPS to get around and it reaches a top speed of 20 kmh. Soon the EZ10 will also be driving around Darwin Australia.
