Nokia offered to acquire Comptel

The Finish company Nokia wants to further focus on software technology. It has offered to acquire the software company Comptel for 347 million EUR. The aquisition aims at providing communications and digital services across networks. Comptel is an international software company that processes about 20 percent of the world’s daily mobile usage data with more than 2 billion end users. Nokia has expanded into software technology and has become one the leading network providers worldwide.
