GTM Research released its Latin America PV Playbook which is the most in-depth analysis of the industry’s solar market. Latin America is the global frontier for unsubsidized solar markets. The continent has high insolation levels and a growing demand. It is one of the most attractive regions for solar development that is why GTM Research introduced the Latin America PV Playbook. From 2015 the market grew up to 1,8 gigawatts additional capacity in 2016. In 2017 the market is expected to have a capacity of 4 gigawatts in total.
