An initiative called Operational Excellence in Government, operating from the Harvard Kennedy School’s Ash Center, has built a web platform to assist local governments by gathering information and reports from cities all over the US. Government officials can use the integrated search engine to see how other cities saved costs, implemented ideas, or became more efficient in a similar environment.
