Already being one of the most anticipated car in the EV segment, Porsche’s Mission E is planned to hit the market in the next 3-years. In order to keep the hype going, Porsche is releasing new information now and then and the latest one being that it will follow Tesla’s model of over the air updates. CEO Oliver Blume said, “It will be possible to work with over-the-air options. It isn’t decided yet, but it could be possible to charge up with more power. For example, when you have 400bhp, it could be possible to upgrade to 450bhp.” The Mission E will be kept below the Panamera lineup and will offer a 500km(311 mile) electric range within a charge time of 15 minutes and a level 4 autonomy capability is planned for Mission E.
