The city of Velje, Denmark, commits to spend at least 10% of its annual budgets on measures to build and strengthen resilience, without increasing funds or taxes. Velje became the 24th global signee of the 10% Resilience Pledge, an initiative by 100 Resilient Cities to institutionalize resilience goals and strategies.
