UN report: 40 million Indians threatened by rising sea levels

According to a report by the United Nations (UN), nearly 40 million Indians will be threatened by rising sea levels by 2050. With that figure, India tops Bangladesh (25 million), China (20 million) and the Phillippines (15 million) in the number of people at risk from coastal floodings.
