More bad news for Tesla: After the first known death caused by one of its self-driving cars, the electric vehicle maker has missed its delivery targets for the second quarter of this year. Tesla originally targeted to deliver 17.000 cars but could only ship out 14.370, although 18.345 vehicles were produced in this time period.
