LG to invest in AI for smart home appliances

LG Electronics plans to make a series of investments in robotics in order to develop Artificial Intelligence for household appliances such as refrigerators or washing machines. The South-Korean technology company will also launch a new businesses that combine robotics and autonomous driving.
