In a cooperation between MIT and the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions (AMS) a flagship project for the development of autonomous boats on the city’s canals has been set up. The so-called ROBOAT project aims at exploring the possibilities of improving urban logistics and infrastructure.
