A new project of engineering a “super-green” city service buidling has been started in Santa Monica, California. The main features of the high-tech building are: an open office plan, work will be digital and it produces as much energy as it consumes. It will have a food-growing garden and solar panels, as well. This building is supposed to set an example for future city building projects. Moreover, due to the water scarcity of the region, these buildings need to be especially water efficient.
