The Australian National University (ANU) has announced that the Autonomy, Agency and Assurance (3A) Institute will be established within the university’s College of Engineering and Computer Science.
The 3A Institute was built to develop technical capability and to understand the implications AI. Co-founded with the CSIRO’s Data61, the 3A Institute is currently a 10-year investment for Australia’s artificial intelligence research.
“Artificial intelligence is at the core of the fourth industrial revolution or digital age,” said Arthur Sinodinos, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science.
