Combining the technologies such as artificial intelligence and facial analysis, researchers have developed a software called Nestor which can be used to detect whether the students are paying attention during the lectures or not. The software will be used for the first time in September in two online courses at the ESG business school. LCA learning is behind this revolutionary software and according to LCA founder Marcel Saucet, this tool will improve the performance of students as well as professors. He further stressed upon the importance of human contact in the teaching arena and said,”Human contact is not going to go away. There will always be professors.”
