Al Gore, former Vice President of the USA, wants to work with Donald Trump and his administration on climate change to ensure that the USA remains a leader in the global effort to meet the related challenges. Convincing Trump to work on the climate change will be Al Gore’s biggest challenge in this context. If Gore fails there it will most probably be up to the Pentagon and US military which see the climate change as a “threat multiplier”. They have been integrating climate change into their national defence strategies.
