| Specific Project Targets: | 1. Renewable energy: between 2013 and 2020, renewable energy generation per capita will be increased by 20 per cent; 2. Clean air: between 2015 and 2025, the highest measured concentration of nitrogen dioxide will be reduced by 35 per cent; 4.
