The Smart City Streetlight by Regent Power uses a camera, Wi-Fi and an innovative gunshot localization system by the name of ShotPoint to inform local security personnel about the source of shot guns. ShotPoint was conceived by Databuoy Corporation and uses an acoustic sensor system. This will also be valuable to clear shooting sites for ambulances. The product will be showcased in St. Louis on March 20th.
