The Australian government invests into research on printing solar panels. A cooperation between New South Wales-based start-up Solafast, a Melbourne-based printing company Norwood and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is investigating how to incorporate printed solar cells into buildings. It is a response to the great capacities of untapped solar power in Australia and the expected growth of both the international solar panels and printed electronics market.
