According to the latest figures reported by EV Volumes, California leads the electric car sales race with a whooping 257,937 cars sold between 2011 and 2016. The heavily “eco – oriented” and environmentaly aware population, along with the other EV incentives and the presence of Tesla in the state, can be considered as the main drivers for California’s EV success story.
