Can we actually agree on indicators to measure urban development?

By the end of this year, the world’s governments will have agreed on a number of frameworks aiming to guide urban development such as the New Urban Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, a resolution on how to align the monitoring of these frameworks is still lacking.
