For a long time, Sam Schwartz has been working on the “Move NY Fair Plan” which aims to reduce traffic congestion and improve public transportation. Finally, some of his ideas were introduced into the New York State Assembly, securing money for measures to repair and expand New York City’s transit infrastructure.
