After Donald Trump’s election as the future president, the US is about to be replaced by China in terms of the leadership role in the international fight against global warming and climate change. Trump is expected to set the focus on fossil fuels and totally neglect the renewable energy sector. On the contrary China has focused very much on the renewable energy industry and expanding measures to fight the climate change by reducing CO2 emissions. China is about to become a clean energy superpower.
