Culture Action Europe has published a new paper on the current state of cultural policy in cities throughout Europe. The paper, called ‘Polis and the people: Looking into the future of urban cultural policies’, sheds light on present challenges dealt with by local cultural agencies. It recognizes the numerous actors in the local culture business by integrating their perspective and experience.
