Daimler and Uber intent to cooperate on the supply and operation of self-driving vehicles. Daimler plans to integrate its self-driving vehicles on Uber’s global ridesharing network in the coming years. It is the first car company that joins Uber. Uber has opened up its platform for manufacturers and their self-driving cars. Both, Daimler and Uber, will benefit from the other in terms of research and development of autonomous driving and network operations.
