DOE: funding up to $36M in carbon capture technologies

The US Department of Energy (DOE) announced to grant $36M assistance in advancements in research on carbon capture technologies. The funding will support cost-shared research and development projects that engage in further development of carbon capture technologies to either the engineering scale or to a commercial design. Projects on an engineering scale will be funded $30M and $5M to commercial design focussed projects.
