Through a joint venture between Enel Green Power S.p.A and Dutch Infrastructure Fund (DIF), power company Enel has bought the 137.5 megawatt Phase 1 of Bungala Solar One, Australia’s largest ready-to-build solar project. The venture partners acquired the project from Bungala Solar Holding of Reach Solar Energy for $315 million. Enel hopes to push industrial growth by means of sustainable development in Australia.
