Fortum Corporation from Finland has commissioned a solar power project in Rajasthan, India. The 70-megawatt solar PV project is part of India’s National Solar Mission and the Badhla solar power park by NTPC Limited. Fortum Corporation managed to secure the deal through a competetive auction last year, and is now on the brink of building its largest solar power project to date.
