Following Geneva and Amsterdam airport, now Glasgow has also got its robotor called Gladys. The robot is the first one in the UK. It is supposed to entertain passengers while they are waiting for their flights. Gladys sings, dances and tells Christmas tales. The passengers response will be monitored by the airport’s operator to help explore how interaction with customers can be further improved through the use digital technology.
