GM’s driver-assist technology will read driver’s face

Super Cruise, the semiautonomous driving system of General Motors, will feature eye tracking in the cabin to monitor the alertness of the driver. The software can detect if a driver is not watching the road and will use audible and visual alerts to grab his attention.
