GridMotion project, a joint venture launched by the Groupe PSA, Direct Energie, Enel, Nuvve, Proxiserve and the Technical University of Denmark , aims at evaluating possible savings achieved by real-life electric vehicle (EV) users by the implementation of smart charging and discharging strategies for EVs. The cost reduction in the electricity bills of the users can be achieved by shifting the times from higher electricity price periods to lower electricity price periods using a Vehicle to Grid (V2G) system. Focusing on two complimentary user types, the project’s partners are looking for volunteers who must own a Peugeot or Citroën EVs and must be based in France.
