In preparation for the Habitat III in Quito, the leading global network “Local Governments for Sustainability” (ICLEI) has started the #OurNextStep campaign. It offered local governments to showcase their sustainability programs and projects in sectors from waste and energy to food, security and transport. The results will be published in the #OurNextStep social media campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to transmit these information to the nation’s representatives at the conference. Adopting the “New Urban Agenda” requires interior national (local) support.
