Kowloon East has been choosen as the test area for Hong Kong’s smart city solutions. With the help of civic participation, the city wants to test and develop a range of technologies in the areas of mobility, health, recycling, energy and others. Additionally a one-week exhibition will inform the local population about smart city applications.
