Walkers Transport, a logistics company based in Leeds (UK), installed systems into some of its trucks that can monitor the performance of the truck and driver. With the information from the collected data, the company hopes to find means to cut on costs and increase both efficiency and effectiveness. On the other side Walkers Transport sees the technology as a means to improve on the safety and wellbeing of warehouse staff.
