How LA aims to take 100,000 cars off its streets

The County of Los Angeles, USA, has announced a plan to take 100,000 cars off its streets within the next five years. The strategy paper, called “Shared Mobility Action Plan”, urges the County to expand sustainable and cost-effective modes of transportation such as bike-sharing to lure drivers away from congested roads.
