The Business and Sustainable Development Commission released the Better Business Better World report earlier this year, detailing how climate change is a big opportunity for entrepreneurship, and that sustainable business could free up US$12 trillion in opportunities and create up to 380 million jobs by 2030.
To help young entrepeneurs in this endeavor, the Climate Knowledge and Innovation Community (Climate KIC), a network of climate innovators supported by the European Union, offers support in urban sustainability, green finance, and sustainable manufacturing practices for upcoming businesses.
